Service Topology
1. A topology created by an employee in connection with the performance of their labor duties or a specific task assigned by the employer is recognized as official topology.
2. The right of authorship for official topology belongs to the employee.
3. The exclusive right to official topology belongs to the employer, unless otherwise provided in the agreement between him and the employee
