The Property of Each Spouse
1. Property that belonged to each spouse prior to entering into marriage, as well as property received by one of the spouses during marriage as a gift, by inheritance or through other gratuitous transactions (the property of each spouse), is their personal property.
2. Items for individual use (clothing, footwear and others), except for jewelry and other luxury items, even if acquired during marriage at the expense of the spouses' joint funds, are recognized as the property of the spouse who used them.
3. The exclusive right to the result of intellectual activity created by one of the spouses belongs to the author of such a result.
