Donation
1. A donation shall be deemed a gratuitous transfer of property or rights for public benefit purposes. Donations may be made by citizens, medical and educational institutions, social protection institutions, other similar institutions, charitable, scientific and educational institutions, funds, museums and other cultural institutions, public and religious organizations, other non-profit organizations in accordance with the law, as well as to the state and other civil law subjects specified in Article 124 of this Code
