State Guarantee Program of Russia in Foreign Currency
1. The program of state guarantees of the Russian Federation in foreign currency represents a list of state guarantees provided by the Russian Federation in foreign currency for the upcoming fiscal year and planning period, excluding targeted foreign credits (loans) attracted under the state guarantees of the Russian Federation, specifying:
1) the total volume of guarantees;
2) the direction (purpose) of guaranteeing with indication of the volume of guarantees for each direction (purpose);
3) excluded;
4) the currency of obligations under the guarantee;
5) the presence or absence of the right of the guarantor to claim reimbursement from the principal, as well as other conditions for providing and fulfillment of guarantees;
6) the total volume of budget appropriations that should be provided in the upcoming fiscal year and planning period for the execution of guarantees in case of possible guarantee events
