Reserve of Leadership Personnel of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia
2. The reserve of senior staff of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia (hereinafter referred to as the reserve) is a group of promising employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, its territorial bodies, institutions carrying out criminal punishments, pre-trial detention centers of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, and other enterprises and institutions of the penal execution system, formed in accordance with established procedures for their targeted training and subsequent nomination for leadership positions.
At the decision of the relevant head, employees may be included in the reserve for subsequent appointment to other higher-level positions
