3. Federal courts include:

The Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation;

The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, supreme courts of republics, territorial and regional courts, courts of cities of federal significance, courts of autonomous regions and autonomous okrugs, district courts, military courts and specialized courts forming part of the system of federal general jurisdiction courts;

The Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, federal arbitration courts of districts (arbitration cassation courts), arbitration appellate courts, arbitration courts of subjects of the Russian Federation and specialized arbitration courts forming part of the system of federal arbitration courts;
