2. Aquaculture products - all fishery products that are born and raised in controlled conditions up to the point of being directed to the market as food products. In this regard, marine or freshwater fish, or crustaceans caught in their natural habitat at the juvenile stage and kept until they reach a desired commercial size for human consumption are also considered aquaculture products. Fish and crustaceans of commercial size caught in their natural environment and kept alive for subsequent sale are not considered aquaculture products if they are simply kept alive without any attempts to increase their size or weight
