Person Missing Without Trace
A person missing without trace is a person whose location is unknown to his or her relatives and (or) who, on the basis of reliable information and in accordance with national legislation (of the state), has been declared as a person missing without trace in connection with an international or non-international armed conflict, situation of violence or domestic unrest
