Emission Income of a Credit Institution (LLC)
Emission income of a credit organization in the organizational and legal form of a limited (or additional) liability company for the purposes of this Regulation is understood as:
the positive difference between the value of shares of the credit organization upon their payment by participants when increasing the charter capital of the credit organization and the nominal value of the shares, at which they are accounted for as part of the charter capital, and (or)
the difference between the value of shares calculated based on the exchange rate of foreign currency established by the Central Bank of Russia on the day of receipt of foreign currency in payment of the charter capital of the credit organization, and the value of shares set out in the decision on payment of shares with foreign currency, and (or)
the difference arising upon payment of shares with federal loan bonds with a constant coupon income between the value of the bonds at market price on the day they are credited to the main section of the credit organization's depository account and the value of the bonds at their price when paying for shares
