110) pyrotechnic composition - a mixture of components (chemical substances) capable of self-ignition or ignition with the participation of the surrounding environment and emitting gaseous or condensed products, light, thermal, mechanical or acoustic energy, creating various optical, electrical, baric or other special effects, as well as their combinations, and possessing the ability for explosive transformation (category 10 of section 4 and category 4 of section 5);
