Housing Certificate
2. Housing Certificates - a special type of bonds with an indexed nominal value, evidencing the right of their owner to:
the purchase by the owner of an apartment (apartments) provided that a package of housing certificates is acquired in accordance with the procedures and conditions established by this Regulation and the issuance conditions;
receiving from the issuer upon first demand the indexed nominal value of the housing certificate. The indexation scheme for the nominal value of the housing certificate is established at the time of its issue and remains unchanged during the established period of validity of the housing certificate.
The issuance and circulation of housing certificates is carried out in accordance with the rules established by Russian legislation for the issuance and circulation of securities, taking into account the requirements of this Regulation
