West Siberian Fisheries Management Basin
2. The Western Siberian fishery basin is divided into the Ob-Irtysh and Yenisei fishery districts, excluding ponds and flooded quarries owned by subjects of the Russian Federation, municipal and private property.
2.1. The Ob-Irtysh fishery district includes: the Kara Sea (excluding the Yenisei, Pyasino, Tollya and Taymyr bays) with the Ob, Tazovskaya, Gydanskaya, Baidaratskaya and Yuratskaya gulfs with rivers flowing into them; the Ob, Irtysh, Pur, Taz rivers with their tributaries, old river channels, backwaters and reservoirs, as well as fishery water objects on the territories of Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk, Kurgan, Tyumen regions, Khanty-Mansi - Yugra and Yamalo-Nenets autonomous okrugs, Omsk, Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo regions, Altai Territory and the Republic of Altai.
Ob, Tazovskiy, Gydan, Baidaratskaya and Yuratskaya gulfs, as well as the Ob, Irtysh, Pur, Taz, Schuchya, Messo-Yakha, Severnaya Sosva, Lyapin, Sob, Synya, Voykar, Konda, Chulym, Tom, Chumysh, Bia, Katun, Tobol, Tavda and Tura rivers with their tributaries belong to the migration routes to spawning grounds and spawning grounds of salmonid, smelt and sturgeon species of fish.

2.2. The Yenisei fisheries district includes: the Kara Sea with rivers flowing into it; bays of the Kara Sea (Yenisei, Pyasinsky, Tollia and Taymyrsky) with rivers flowing into them; the Laptev Sea with rivers flowing into it; bays of the Laptev Sea (Khantangsky, Fadeyevsky, Simesa, Teresy Klavenes) with rivers flowing into them; the Yenisei, Pyasina, Taymyr, Khantanga, Vilyuy (Lena river basin), Ob (Chulym and Kety) rivers with tributaries, bays, channels, canals, reservoirs, lakes, as well as aquatic areas of fisheries importance located on the territories of Tuva Republic, Khakassia Republic and Krasnoyarsk Territory
