Resignation of a State Employee
Resignation is the termination of the performance of duties of state service by a state employee holding a position in the state service of the highest or first category at their written request. The grounds for resignation are:
1) fundamental disagreement with the decision of a state body or official, as well as ethical obstacles to remaining in state service;
2) coercion of a state employee to carry out a decision of a state body or official that contradicts current legislation, which may cause significant material or moral damage to the state, legal and physical persons;
3) health condition preventing the performance of official duties (provided there is a medical certificate)
