Issuer of government securities of a subject of the Russian Federation
The issuer of government securities of a subject of the Russian Federation is the highest executive body of state authority of the subject of the Russian Federation, or the financial body of the subject of the Russian Federation, which, in accordance with the law of the subject of the Russian Federation, is authorized to conduct government borrowing on behalf of the subject of the Russian Federation.
