Managing company of a banking holding
For the purposes of this Federal Law, the managing company of a banking holding is considered to be a commercial society whose main activity is the management of the activities of credit organizations that are part of the banking holding. The managing company of a banking holding is not allowed to engage in insurance, banking, manufacturing or trading activities. A commercial organization that, in accordance with this Federal Law, may be recognized as the parent organization of a banking holding must have the ability to determine decisions of the managing company of the banking holding on issues falling within the competence of its shareholders' meeting (participants), including decisions regarding its reorganization and liquidation.
