c) special home for the elderly and disabled - a social service institution intended for permanent, temporary (for up to 6 months), and five-day-a-week accommodation of elderly citizens (men over 60 years old and women over 55 years old) and disabled persons released from places of detention and other individuals under administrative supervision as provided by current legislation, as well as elderly citizens and disabled persons who have previously been convicted or repeatedly subjected to administrative liability for violating public order, engaging in vagrancy and begging, and providing them with necessary social services;
