Advance Payment Towards Customs Payments
1. Advance payments shall be deemed to be monetary funds (money) paid in advance for the payment of future export customs duties, taxes, and customs fees not identified by the payer in terms of specific types and amounts of export customs duties, taxes, and customs fees relating to specific goods, if such payments are provided for by the legislation of the member states of the Customs Union
