Rods

Rods - rolled, pressed, drawn or forged products, not wound into coils and having a continuous solid cross-section throughout their length in the shape of circles, ovals, rectangles (including squares), equilateral triangles or regular convex polygons (including "flattened circles" and "modified rectangles", two opposite sides of which are convex arcs, while the other two are straight lines equal in length and parallel). Products with rectangular (including square), triangular or polygonal cross-sections may have rounded corners throughout their entire length. The thickness of such products having a rectangular (including "modified rectangular") cross-section exceeds 0.1 of their width. This term also applies to cast or sintered products of the same shapes and sizes subjected to processing after manufacture (excluding merely trimming or scaling), provided that they do not acquire characteristics typical of products of other tariff headings
