Preparation of budgetary investments into capital construction projects
"preparation of investments in capital construction objects" - definition of capital construction objects for which investments must be made in the construction, reconstruction, or technical re-equipment thereof, and the amount of budgetary funds required for this purpose, including (if necessary) the acquisition of land plots for construction, preparation of project documentation or the acquisition of rights to use typical project documentation included in the register of typical project documentation (in relation to residential and administrative buildings, objects of socio-cultural and communal purposes), as well as conducting engineering surveys carried out for the preparation of such documentation, and also determining the main budgetary expenditure manager, state customer, developer or customer (customer-developer) in relation to a capital construction object;
