Towage Contract for a Vessel
1. In accordance with the towing contract, one party (the tug) is obliged to timely and safely tow a vessel, raft or other floating object (hereinafter - the towed object) to the destination port under the terms of the towing and deliver it to the recipient specified in the transport waybill, while the other party (the shipper) is obliged to present the towed object for towing and pay for it.

Under a towing contract, the owner of one vessel is obliged for remuneration to tow another vessel or other floating object over a specified distance (sea towing) or to perform maneuvers within the port area, including the introduction of a vessel or other floating object into the port or removal thereof from the port (port towing)
