Shuga


Shuga - a deposit of loose ice on rivers

Shuga - ice that is located in the depth of the flow or surfaced on the surface of water. Shuga originates from supercooled water. When surfacing, it mixes with ice floe (accumulations on the surface of water of freezing ice needles in the form of spots or a thin layer of ice) and snowdrift, forming an ice cover
