Compulsory medical insurance
1) compulsory medical insurance - a type of compulsory social insurance, consisting of a system of legal, economic and organizational measures established by the state aimed at ensuring, in the event of an insured incident, guarantees for the provision of free medical care to the insured person from the funds of compulsory medical insurance within the territorial program of compulsory medical insurance and in the cases provided for by this Federal Law within the scope of the basic program of compulsory medical insurance;
