Forced Migrant
1. A forced migrant - a citizen of the Russian Federation who has left their place of residence as a result of violence or persecution directed against them or members of their family in other forms, or due to the real danger of being subjected to persecution on the grounds of race or national origin, religion, language, or on account of belonging to a particular social group or political convictions, which have become the basis for hostile campaigns against an individual or group of individuals, as well as mass disturbances of public order
