Climate Doctrine of the Russian Federation
1. This Doctrine represents a system of views on the objectives, principles, content, and ways of implementing unified state policy of the Russian Federation within the country and on the international arena regarding issues related to climate change and its consequences (hereinafter referred to as climate policy).
Taking into account the strategic guidelines of the Russian Federation, this Doctrine serves as the basis for forming and implementing climate policy.
