Signature Guarantee
Signature guarantee - a guarantee of the authenticity of an individual's signature on a transfer instruction, issued by a professional market participant to the registrar, who undertakes to compensate the registrar for losses caused as a result of a fact established by the parties or determined by court, including forgery of the signature or signing of the transfer instruction by an unauthorized person
