Prevention of terrorism
counter-terrorism - activities carried out by state authorities, administrative-territorial units of the state, local self-government bodies and public organizations aimed at preventing terrorism and (or) terrorist activities, consisting in identifying, localizing and eliminating causes and conditions contributing to the emergence and spread of terrorism and the commission of terrorist acts; protecting objects potentially subject to terrorist attacks; creating conditions that prevent the commission of terrorist acts, minimize their consequences, as well as influencing individuals who are involved or may be involved in terrorist activities and (or) commit terrorist acts
