Unauthorized consumption of electric energy
"unauthorized consumption of electricity" - the unauthorized connection of power receiving equipment to objects of the electric grid infrastructure and (or) the consumption of electrical energy in the absence of a contract concluded in accordance with established procedures, which ensures the sale of electricity (capacity) on retail markets, except for cases where electricity is consumed without such a contract for a period of two months from the date set by the guaranteed supplier for the commencement of service to consumers;
