Toxic Substances (Poisonous)
"toxic (poisonous) substances" - substances or waste that, upon entering the body through the respiratory system, digestive system, or skin, are capable of causing human death or exerting a strong negative effect on humans, as specified in the appendices to the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal dated 22 March 1989
