Remittance Bank under a Letter of Credit


e. "Remitting Bank" means a bank which pays, undertakes to pay at a later date, accepts bills of exchange or negotiates under a letter of credit and presents the Reimbursement Claim to the Reimbursing Bank. The term "Remitting Bank" also includes a bank authorised to present the Reimbursement Claim on behalf of a bank which pays, undertakes to pay at a later date, accepts bills of exchange or negotiates
