Tender guarantee
A tender guarantee is an obligation provided by an agent bank at the request of a Russian exporter-participant in the bidding process (principal) to a foreign counterparty who announced the tender (beneficiary), under which the agent bank is obligated to make payment to the beneficiary in the event of non-performance by the principal of its obligations arising from its participation in the tender;
