Fire-hazardous production facilities


Fire-hazard industrial facilities are understood to be facilities where:

a) flammable, combustible and difficult-to-ignite liquids, solid combustible and difficult-to-ignite substances and materials (including dust and fibers), as well as substances and materials capable of burning upon interaction with water, oxygen from the air and each other are used (produced, stored, processed), except for facilities intended for retail sale of gasoline and diesel fuel;

b) underground and open-pit mining operations are carried out for the extraction and processing of minerals prone to spontaneous combustion, as well as work on other mining facilities where the technology involves fire-hazardous activities, including those not related to mineral extraction
