Court order


1. A judicial order is a court decision issued by a judge alone based on an application for the recovery of monetary sums or movable property from a debtor under the requirements set forth in Article 122 of this Code.

2. A judicial order is simultaneously an enforcement document and is enforced in accordance with the procedures established for the enforcement of court decisions
