Nickel

Nickel is a relatively hard grayish-white metal with a melting point of 1453 degrees Celsius. It is a ferromagnetic material, characterized by malleability, plasticity, strength, as well as resistance to corrosion and oxidation.

Nickel is primarily used in the production of many alloys, especially in the production of alloyed steel, for coating other metals usually by electrolytic deposition, and as a catalyst in many chemical reactions. Unprocessed pure nickel is also widely used in chemical plants. In addition, nickel and its alloys are used for minting coins
