Houses of People's Creativity
Houses of Folk Creativity are cultural and recreational institutions established with the aim of preserving intangible cultural heritage in all its diversity of genres and ethnic characteristics, developing methods for integrating traditional creative skills into modern creative processes, informatization and methodological support of creative activities, organizing and conducting folk festivals, festivals of folk creativity and amateur art. They serve as methodological centers for the subordinate network, otherwise they meet the parameters of cultural houses
