Hybrid integrated circuit
28) hybrid integrated circuit - an arbitrary combination of integrated circuits or an integrated circuit with circuit elements or discrete components connected together to perform specific functions, having all of the following characteristics:
a) contains at least one unpackaged device;
b) components are connected to each other using typical methods of integrated circuit manufacturing;
c) is replaced as a single unit;
d) cannot be disassembled in normal condition (category 3);
