Right to Participation in the Management of State Affairs
In accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and international legal instruments, which, pursuant to paragraph 4 of article 15 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, constitute an integral part of the legal system of the Russian Federation, the right to participate in the management of state affairs represents an inseparable element of the constitutional status of a citizen in a democratic society and is intended to ensure that every citizen has the opportunity without any discrimination or unreasonable restrictions to be a full-fledged subject of popular sovereignty, exercising it jointly with other citizens of the Russian Federation
