Trap (during protection)
Trap (for security): a security detector installed covertly:
inside the protected object on the most likely direction of movement of the intruder, blocking a section, zone, volume;
to block a single item, or obstructing the intentions of the intruder (e.g., a chair standing in front of the safe door), or that could become an object of criminal aggression (e.g., some property);
for blocking areas of possible entry from basement, attic and other adjacent unsecured rooms
