Fictitious Bankruptcy
1. Fictitious bankruptcy, that is, the manifestly false public announcement by a manager or founder (participant) of a legal entity regarding the insolvency of such legal entity, or by an individual entrepreneur regarding their own insolvency, if such act does not constitute a criminal offense, -
shall result in administrative fines for officials ranging from five thousand to ten thousand rubles or disqualification for a period of six months to three years.

is subject to a fine in the amount from one hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the defendant's salary or other income for a period from one to two years, or compulsory labor for a term up to five years, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to six years with a fine in the amount up to eighty thousand rubles or in the amount of the defendant's salary or other income for a period up to six months or without such a fine
