The Secretariat of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation provides organizational, scientific-analytical, informational-reference, and other support to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, receives visitors; considers applications addressed to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in a preliminary manner and in cases where they do not involve issues requiring consideration by judges of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation; assists judges in preparing cases and other matters for consideration at meetings and conferences; studies and generalizes the activities of state bodies in ensuring the implementation of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. Other departments of the staff provide material-technical and socio-domestic support to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation
