Workers in the field of enlightenment include professional specialists engaged on a permanent or temporary basis in any form of paid activity related to the functioning and development of the enlightenment system.
Main categories of workers:
- teachers: lecturers and other members of the teaching staff involved in implementing enlightenment programs;
- organizers of enlightenment activities: administrative staff of enlightenment institutions responsible for managing their operations;
- enlightenment organizers: employees of government and management bodies responsible for the development of enlightenment, as well as permanent staff of non-governmental and public management bodies overseeing the enlightenment system;
- researchers: employees of research institutions working on issues related to the functioning and development of the enlightenment system
