Registered Office of a Legal Entity
2. The place of residence of a legal entity is determined by the place of its state registration. State registration of a legal entity is carried out at the location of its permanent executive body, and in the absence of a permanent executive body — another organ or person authorized to act on behalf of the legal entity without a power of attorney.
