Administrative territory
Administrative territory - a territorial unit consisting of one or several rural populated areas not included within the boundaries of rural settlements and administratively subordinate to a city (of oblast or district subordination) or an urban-type settlement, forming together with the city or urban-type settlement a single territory organized for the exercise of local self-government
