Corporate behavior
"Corporate behavior" is a concept encompassing a variety of actions related to the management of joint-stock companies. Corporate behavior affects the economic performance indicators of joint-stock companies and their ability to attract capital necessary for economic growth. Improving corporate behavior in the Russian Federation is an essential measure required to increase the inflow of investments into all sectors of the Russian economy, both from domestic sources and from foreign investors. One of the ways to achieve this improvement may be the introduction of certain standards established based on the analysis of best practices in corporate behavior.
