Handover rigid
For reference: <**> Hard handover - a procedure ensuring continuous access of the subscriber station (subscriber radio station) to mobile radio telephone network services during its movement from the coverage area of one base station to the coverage area of another base station operating on a different frequency. During a hard handover, the subscriber station (subscriber radio station) discontinuously switches from the service area of one base station to the service area of another base station, that is, first the subscriber radio station completes the process of accessing mobile radio telephone network services within the coverage area of one base station and then starts it within the coverage area of another, during which there is no simultaneous access to mobile radio telephone network services from two base stations
