Public Organizations of Persons with Disabilities
Public organizations of persons with disabilities are recognized as organizations established by persons with disabilities and individuals representing their interests, in order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of persons with disabilities, ensure them equal opportunities with other citizens, address tasks related to the social integration of persons with disabilities, where among members persons with disabilities and their legal representatives (one of the parents, adopters, guardians or curators) constitute no less than 80 percent, as well as unions (associations) of such organizations
