Depersonalization of a judicial act


"Depersonalization of a judicial decision" - the exclusion from the text of a judicial decision of personal data, except for the surnames and initials of the plaintiff, defendant, third party, civil plaintiff, civil defendant, person convicted, acquitted, individual in respect of whom proceedings are being conducted under an administrative offense case, court secretary, judges (judge) who considered (considered) the case, as well as the prosecutor, attorney, and representative, if they participated in the judicial proceedings (instead of the excluded personal data, initials, pseudonyms or other designations that do not allow identifying participants in the judicial process are used);
