Relative of a missing person


A relative of a person who has gone missing - in the context of this Law, the term is understood according to the norms of legislation (of the state) regulating family matters, but regardless of these norms, the following persons should fall under this definition:

- children born within marriage and children born out of wedlock;

- adopted children, as well as stepchildren and stepsiblings;

- spouses in a legal or factual marriage;

- parents (including stepparents, adoptive parents);

- brothers, sisters, half-brothers, half-sisters, full brothers, and full sisters
