Customs Re-Inspection
A repeated customs expert examination is a customs expert examination conducted in cases of disagreement by the declarant, as well as by the customs authority that assigned the customs expert examination, with the conclusion of the customs expert (expert) based on the results of the initial and/or additional customs expert examinations.

A repeated customs expert examination is assigned to a commission consisting of 2 (two) or more customs experts (experts), excluding the customs expert(s) who conducted the initial and/or additional customs expert examinations. Customs experts (experts) who conducted the initial and/or additional customs expert examinations may be present during the conduct of the repeated customs expert examination and provide explanations to the commission, however they do not participate in the investigation or preparation of the conclusion of the customs expert (expert).
