Interstate Person Search
interstate search for persons - a set of operational-investigative, search, information-analytical and other measures aimed at:
detection, detention and arrest with the purpose of surrender or criminal prosecution of persons evading investigation, inquiry or court authorities and avoiding serving a criminal sentence;
establishing the location of persons evading enforcement of court decisions in civil cases;
establishing the location of persons who have gone missing or lost contact with their relatives;
identifying the identity of a person unable to provide identifying information about themselves;
identifying the identity of a person from an unidentified body,
as well as providing information on all categories of persons being sought and identified who are outside the territory of the requesting state but within the territories of the Parties
