Conflict of Interest of the Judge
A conflict of interest is understood to be a situation in which the personal interest (direct or indirect) of a judge affects or may affect the proper performance of his official duties, and in which a contradiction arises or may arise between the personal interest of the judge and the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, organizations, society, municipal formations, a subject of the Russian Federation, or the Russian Federation, capable of causing harm to the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, organizations, society, municipal formations, a subject of the Russian Federation, or the Russian Federation
